How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time by using the Change Password.

Do passwords expire?

For security reasons your password must be changed every 90 days. You will see notification of the need to change it 10 days prior to the expiration date on your log-in screen. Once your password has expired you will need to reset it.

How do I retrieve my lost password?

Follow the instructions on the Reset Password. You must have access to the email address associated with your account. If resetting the password yourself does not work for some reason please contact us.

My email and/or other account information has changed. How do I submit changes?

Account changes other than your password must go through an administrator. Please contact us.

How do I change my username?

Usernames cannot be changed. If you have further questions about this please contact us.
